1. Prepare the beef short ribs, boneless chicken thighs, and shrimp. If using wooden skewers for shrimp, soak them first. 2. Season all the meats generously on all sides with BBQ rub. 3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. 4. Place the seasoned beef short ribs and chicken thighs on the grill. 5. Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes per side and beef short ribs for 3-5 minutes per side, depending on desired doneness. 6. During the last few minutes of cooking, brush the beef ribs with BBQ sauce. 7.
