Boil 5 tomatillos until they change color. Lightly toast 6 puya chiles and 6 chile de árbol. Combine everything in a blender along salt and pepper, 1 garlic clove, 1/2 cup of water, 1/2 teaspoon of cumin, pinch of oregano. Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust for salt to your liking.
