1: In a pot, place your chuck roast with one whole onion and half a garlic head along with 1 tablespoon of salt. 2: Bring to a boil and remove the foam. 3: When it's fork tender, remove and shred the meat. Remove onion and garlic. 4: Place the shredded beef back in the pot along with about 5 tablespoons of @matadorsseso Adobo Rub, 1/2 tablespoon of cumin, and a pinch of salt. 5: Bring to a boil and remove excess fat. 6: Serve with your favorite sides.
