Moink Balls are bacon-wrapped meatballs that are perfect for BBQ. They're made with a mixture of ground beef, jalapeños, and onions, seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic, then smoked to perfection and glazed with barbecue sauce.

1: Slice and dice the onions and jalapeños. In a bowl combine with ground beef. 2: Add salt, pepper, garlic and mix. 3: Form beef mixture into meatballs. 4: Wrap bacon and secure with a toothpick. 5: Set smoker temperature to 350 degrees. 6: Place in smoker, cook until bacon is fully cooked. This will take about 45 minutes. 7: Once fully cooked, add your favorite barbecue sauce and cook for another 5 minutes. 8: Remove toothpick and enjoy.
