1: Trim all excess fat on the beef cheeks. 2: Season with salt, pepper, and garlic. 3: Add Hickory Pellets to your smoker and set temp to 250 degrees. 4: Smoke them for 3 hours. 5: After 3 hours, place in a pan with 16 ounces of beef broth. Cover in foil. 6: Beef cheeks are done when probe tender or when internal temperature reaches 200-203 degrees. 7: When done, chop and make some tacos with your favorite taco toppings and enjoy.
