Celebrate summer grilling with Camarones a la Diabla, made with heart-healthy Mazola® Corn Oil. This delicious dish features large shrimp spiced with chiles and served over white rice for a perfect family meal.

1: Remove seeds from chili pods. 2: Place your skillet on the grill at medium heat and add 1 tbsp of Mazola® Corn Oil. 3: Add your chile pods and sauté. 4: When color changes, add your garlic, onion, tomatoes, and ½ cup of water. 5: When tomatoes are soft, add them to the blender. 6: Blend with 2 tsp oregano, 2 tsp salt, 2 tsp lemon pepper, and 1 cup of water. 7: Place your shrimp on skewers or directly on the grill. Season with your favorite seafood seasoning. 8: Cook halfway through and remove. 9: Place skillet back on the grill at medium heat and add 1 tbsp of Mazola® Corn Oil. 10: Add your sauce and then your shrimp. Bring to a boil and they are done. 11: Serve over white rice and enjoy!
