Season the Tomahawk steak generously with Bear Smoke BBQ seasoning. Sear the steak first over high heat on grill grates. Then, move the steak to indirect heat and continue grilling until the internal temperature reaches 130°F. Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 20 minutes before slicing and serving.
