Season beef cheeks generously with steak seasoning. Smoke the seasoned cheeks for 2 hours at 275°F (135°C). After 2 hours, transfer the cheeks to a foil pan and add beef broth. Continue to smoke for another 1.5 hours, or until the beef cheeks are probe tender.
