A fresh, spicy, and citrusy recovery meal featuring shrimp prepared aguachile-style, piled high on crispy tostadas.

Clean and devein the shrimp, then chop them into small pieces. Season the chopped shrimp with your favorite seafood seasoning. Add chopped onion, salsa Huichol, salsa La Negra, and enough lime juice to cover the shrimp. Let it cure for 10 minutes. Then, add chopped tomato, cucumber, cilantro, salt, pepper, serrano peppers, habanero pepper, and a splash of Clamato. Mix everything up, adjust salt to taste, and pile the mixture high on a crispy tostada.
