1. In a pan, lightly fry the corn tortillas in oil. 2. Place one fried tortilla on a plate and spread a layer of refried beans on top. 3. Add a layer of salsa verde, crumbled cheese, and chopped onion. 4. Place the second fried tortilla on top and repeat the layering with beans, salsa, cheese, and onion. 5. In the same or another pan, fry two eggs to your liking. 6. Carefully place the two fried eggs on top of the stacked tortillas. 7. Garnish with a final spoonful of salsa verde over the eggs before serving.
