1. Slice each hot dog down the middle, but not all the way through. 2. Fill the slit in each hot dog with cream cheese. 3. Place a stuffed hot dog on a flour tortilla and sprinkle with shredded cheese. 4. Roll up the tortilla tightly. 5. Wrap each tortilla roll with slices of bacon, securing the ends. 6. Place the rolls in a skillet and cook over medium heat, turning until the bacon is crispy on all sides. 7. Remove from the pan, slice, and serve. Top with a slice of jalapeño for extra spice if desired.
