1: Microwave 2 sticks of butter for 30 seconds. 2: Place in bowl and mix with 4 tablespoons of Montreal steak seasoning. 3: Tie prime rib with butcher’s twine to hold its shape. 4: Apply butter mixture all over prime rib. 5: Place in smoker at 275 until internal temp reaches 125. 6: Allow to rest for 30 minutes before slicing. 7: After resting, slice prime rib and serve immediately.
