Marinated ribeye skewers grilled to perfection, combining the zesty flavors of orange and key lime with spices and fresh vegetables.

1: Cube your favorite choice of meat, we used 3 lbs of Ribeye. 2: For the marinade, combine the juice of 4 oranges, juice of 8 key limes, 2 tbsp of Corn Oil, 1 tbsp of chili powder, and 1 tsp of cumin in a bowl. 3: Season your meat with salt and pepper. 4: Pour the marinade over the meat along with sliced white onion and cilantro. 5: Place in a Ziploc bag and let it marinate in your fridge for 1 hour. 6: After marinating, assemble your skewers with onion and red/yellow/green bell peppers. 7: Grill the skewers until your desired doneness. 8: Enjoy!
