1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. 2. Place the hot link sausages and serrano peppers on the grill. 3. Grill for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the sausages are cooked through with nice char marks and the peppers are blistered and tender. 4. During the last minute of grilling, warm the corn tortillas on the grill for about 15-20 seconds per side. 5.
