1. In a large bowl, add the jaiva and gently break it up. 2. Add tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, serranos, and cilantro. Mix gently to combine. 3. Pour in the clamato, jalapeño vinegar juice, and lime juice. 4. Season with salt and pepper to your liking. Mix until everything is well coated. 5. Taste and adjust lime, salt, or spice if needed. 6. Chill for 15–30 minutes for best flavor. Serve: Scoop generously with El Comal Totopos and enjoy immediately.
