Delicious and simple shrimp tacos made with seasoned shrimp, sautéed vegetables, and garnished with fresh toppings.

1: In a large bowl add 2 lbs. of deveined and peeled shrimp. 2: Add 1 tbsp of Mazola Corn Oil then sprinkle your favorite seafood seasoning and mix. 3: In a pan at medium-high heat add 1 tbsp Mazola Corn Oil and sauté ½ cup of onion and 1 cup of red bell peppers. 4: Add salt and pepper to your liking then add your shrimp. 5: Once the shrimp changes color they are done. 6: Warm up a corn or flour tortilla then add your shrimp. 7: Garnish with green and purple cabbage, cilantro, a splash of lime, chipotle sauce, and finally queso cotija.
