Everything tastes better when it’s cooked outdoors! Enjoy these delicious chicken fajitas with colorful bell peppers and onions, served in soft flour tortillas with salsa and a splash of lime juice.

Slice your red, yellow, orange, green bell peppers along with your white and red onion. Add 1 tbsp. Corn Oil, salt, and pepper to your veggies. Slice your chicken breast into strips and add 2 tbsp of Corn Oil and sprinkle your favorite chicken seasoning. Add your chicken to your griddle or cast-iron skillet and cook until your chicken reaches an internal temp of 165F. Add veggies to your griddle and cook to your texture liking. Mix your chicken and veggies together and they are ready to be served in a soft flour tortilla with your favorite salsa and a splash of lime juice. Provecho!
