1. Apply oil to the pork ribs. 2. Season the ribs on all sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. 3. Place the ribs on the smoker and cook for 3 hours at 275°F. 4. Remove the ribs from the smoker. On a large sheet of aluminum foil, drizzle margarine and blazing honey. 5. Place a rack of ribs meat-side down onto the prepared foil. Drizzle more margarine and honey on the bone-side. 6. Wrap the ribs tightly in the foil. 7. Return the wrapped ribs to the smoker and cook for another 45 minutes. 8. While the ribs are cooking, prepare the sauce by combining your favorite barbecue sauce with blazing honey and red pepper flakes in a saucepan. Heat and whisk until smooth. 9. After 45 minutes, carefully unwrap the ribs. 10. Brush the sauce generously over the ribs. 11. Return the sauced ribs to the smoker, unwrapped, for a final 15 minutes to set the glaze. 12. Remove from the smoker, let rest, then slice and serve.
