1. Prepare the potatoes by washing, drying, and rubbing them with olive oil, salt, and pepper. 2. Wrap each potato tightly in aluminum foil. 3. Preheat your grill and place the wrapped potatoes on the grates. Cook for 45-60 minutes, turning occasionally, until soft. 4. Season the steaks generously on all sides with your favorite steak seasoning. 5. Toss the asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper. 6. Place the seasoned steaks on the hot grill. Cook for 3-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, adjusting for your preferred doneness. 7. Place the asparagus on the grill alongside the steaks. Grill for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp. 8. During the last couple of minutes, warm the dinner rolls on the upper rack of the grill. 9. Once cooked, remove all items from the grill. Let the steak rest for 5 minutes. 10.
