A quick and easy recipe for shrimp tostadas, perfect for a weekday dinner. Cooked shrimp is mixed with fresh vegetables, lime juice, and clam juice, then allowed to marinate before being served on guacamole-layered tostadas with a spicy sauce.

In a bowl, combine your cooked shrimp with chopped tomato, cilantro, cucumber, red onion, serrano peppers, lime juice, clam juice, and season with salt and pepper. Allow the mixture to marinate for approximately 1 hour. To serve, spread a base of guacamole on tostadas and top with the shrimp mixture. Finish with Perrona sauce.
