1: Rinse and drain Juanita's Hominy. 2: Place the chiles in boiling water and cook for 5 minutes. 3: Blend the hydrated chiles with garlic, oregano, cumin, and onion, along with 1 tablespoon of the cooking water. 4: In a pot with a little oil, fry the cactus (nopales). 5: Add the drained Hominy and mix well, then pour in the strained chili mixture. Bring to a boil. 6: Season with salt and pepper to taste. Allow the sauce to thicken slightly, adjusting the salt as needed. 7: Serve with your favorite side and enjoy!
