Smoke pork ribs at 275-300 degrees Fahrenheit for 3 hours, spritzing with apple juice every 30 minutes. Keep top and bottom vents 1/2 open. Then, wrap the ribs in foil for 45 minutes with Parkay, brown sugar, and some apple juice. Remove from foil and add BBQ sauce, letting them set for another 15 minutes. Total cook time is 4 hours.
