A refreshing dish featuring large shrimp marinated in lime juice and served on crispy tostadas, topped with cucumber, red onion, and mayonnaise.

1: Squeeze lime juice into blender. Add Jalapeno peppers, 1 ½ tbs salt, and 1 teaspoon pepper. Blend until smooth. 2: Add peeled, deveined and butterflied shrimp to a bowl. 3: Pour chile-lime mixture evenly over the shrimp. Place in refrigerator and marinate until the shrimp turn opaque and white for 30 minutes. 4: Add sliced cucumber and red onion to the shrimp bowl and mix. 5: In a plate, place a tostada and spread mayonnaise evenly into the tostada. Add Aguachiles to tostada. 6: Enjoy.
