1: Bring 10 cups of water to a boil. Add white onion, garlic, bay leaf, chicken bouillon, and sliced nopales. 2: Boil for 7–8 minutes until the nopales change color. Strain and transfer to an ice bath. 3: Once cooled, strain again and mix with tomatoes, red onion, jalapeños, cilantro, lime juice, jalapeño vinegar, salt, and pepper. 4: Warm up El Comal Corn Tortillas and assemble your tacos. 5: Top with queso fresco, serve, and enjoy!
