1: Boil chicken with celery, onion, and 2 tbsp bouillon until fork tender. Shred once cool. 2: In the same pot, boil tomatillos and jalapeños until tomatillos change color. 3: Blend tomatillos, jalapeños, garlic, sour cream, cilantro, 1 tbsp bouillon, and ½ cup chicken broth until smooth. 4: Lightly fry tortillas until pliable. 5: Dip tortillas in green sauce, fill with chicken, and roll. Place in baking dish. 6: Cover with sauce and top with cheese. 7: Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
