1. Season 3 lbs of carne ranchera with your choice of seasoning. 2. Slice and sauté ½ onion and 3 garlic cloves until fragrant. 3. Cook the seasoned carne ranchera with the onion and garlic until done. 4. Dice 4 tomatoes and ½ onion, slice 3 jalapeños, and chop ¼ bunch of cilantro. 5. Combine the diced tomatoes, onion, jalapeños, cilantro, 3 tablespoons of pickled jalapeño juice, and salt to make pico de gallo. 6. To assemble, spread guacamole on tostadas. 7. Add the cooked carne ranchera on top. 8. Spoon a generous amount of pico de gallo over the meat. 9. Sprinkle with crumbled queso fresco. 10. Drizzle with crema and finish with green salsa.
