1: Slice and dice the onions and serranos. 2: In a bowl, combine with cream cheese and mozzarella cheese. Mix and set aside. 3: Split the Yellow Peppers in half and remove seeds. 4: Fill the cavity of the Yellow Pepper with your mixed cheese filling. 5: Wrap with a slice of bacon and place a toothpick at the end to hold together. 6: Add Black Cherry Pellets to smoker. 7: Place in smoker at 350°F for 45 minutes or until bacon is fully cooked. 8: Let cool down for 5 minutes and enjoy!
