A simple yet delicious recipe for smoking a large rack of beef ribs on a ceramic grill. The ribs are seasoned with a brisket rub and smoked for six hours until incredibly tender and flavorful.

1. Pat the beef ribs dry in a pan. 2. Generously season the beef ribs on all sides with brisket rub. 3. Place the seasoned ribs onto a preheated ceramic grill. 4. Insert a meat thermometer to monitor the internal temperature. 5. Close the grill and smoke for approximately 6 hours, or until the meat is tender. 6. Remove the ribs from the grill and place them on a cutting board to rest. 7. Carefully remove the bones from the meat. 8. Slice the beef against the grain and serve immediately.
