Boil the tomatillos, pasilla, and chile de árbol. Once boiled, blend everything up with the rest of the ingredients (onion, garlic, cilantro, oregano, liquid from boiling, Knorr chicken bouillon, and black pepper). For extra flavor, fry the salsa in a little pork lard (manteca).
