1. Cut the jalapeño peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes. 2. Grate the mozzarella cheese into a large mixing bowl. 3. Add the cream cheese to the bowl with the grated mozzarella. 4. Using gloved hands, mix the two cheeses together until they are fully combined. 5. Stuff each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture. 6. Sprinkle the stuffed jalapeños with chili flakes for extra heat. 7. Wrap each stuffed jalapeño first with a slice of deli turkey, then with a slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick if necessary. 8. Arrange the poppers in a foil tray and season the outside with your favorite BBQ rub. 9. Preheat your grill to a medium-high heat. 10. Place the bacon-wrapped jalapeño poppers directly on the grill grates. 11. Close the lid and cook, turning occasionally, until the bacon is crispy and the cheese is melted and bubbly. 12. Remove from the grill and serve hot.
