A very simple and heart-healthy shrimp taco recipe featuring Mazola® Corn Oil, perfect for a delicious and easy meal for the whole family.

In a large bowl, add 2 lbs. of deveined and peeled shrimp. Add 1 tbsp of Mazola® Corn Oil then sprinkle your favorite seafood seasoning and mix well. In a pan at medium-high heat, add 1 tbsp Mazola® Corn Oil and sauté ½ cup of onion and 1 cup of red bell peppers. Add salt and pepper to your liking, then add your seasoned shrimp to the pan. Once the shrimp changes color, they are done. Warm up a corn or flour tortilla, then add your cooked shrimp and vegetable mixture. Garnish with green and purple cabbage, fresh cilantro, a splash of lime juice, chipotle sauce, and finally, crumbled queso cotija. Enjoy!
