A creamy avocado salsa made with avocados, jalapeño, lime juice, cilantro, and mayo. Season it with salt and pepper to taste and add a splash of water for the perfect consistency.

1: Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit and scoop the flesh into a bowl. 2: Finely chop the jalapeño and add it to the bowl. 3: Squeeze the juice of 1 lime over the avocados and jalapeño. 4: Chop the cilantro and add it to the mix along with the mayo. 5: Season with salt and pepper to taste. 6: Add a little piece of onion, finely chopped, and a splash of water to achieve desired creaminess. 7: Mix all ingredients until well combined.
