A method for smoking ribs, applying mustard and rub, then wrapping them with brown sugar, Parkay, Tiger sauce, and a splash of apple juice before finishing with your favorite BBQ sauce.

1. Apply some mustard to your ribs and then season generously with your favorite barbecue rub. 2. Place the seasoned ribs in a smoker set to 275°F for two hours. 3. After two hours, remove the ribs from the smoker. Wrap them tightly with brown sugar, Parkay, and Tiger sauce, adding a splash of apple juice before sealing the foil. 4. Return the wrapped ribs to the smoker for another hour. 5. Remove the foil and continue smoking the ribs for an additional 20 minutes. 6. Add your favorite BBQ sauce to the ribs and let them set for 15 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
