A delicious and savory bacon sausage fatty made with bacon, ground breakfast sausage, cream cheese, and vegetables. Perfect for a cookout or enjoying on a special occasion.

1: Slice and dice the onions and jalapeños. In a bowl combine with cream cheese and Monterrey Jack. Mix and set aside. 2: Place cheese mix into a gallon lock bag and use a rolling pin to flatten out. 3: Place the one-pound sausage into a gallon lock bag and use a rolling pin to flatten out. 4: Lay out parchment paper and make a bacon weave using 6 pieces of bacon horizontally and vertically. 5: Cut along the seams of the gallon lock bag and carefully lay the breakfast sausage on top of the bacon weave. 6: Cut along the seams of the gallon lock bag and carefully lay the cream cheese mix on top of the breakfast sausage. 7: Add bacon on the sides and secure with toothpicks. 8: Add Applemash Pellets to your smoker and set temperature to 375 degrees. 9: Place in the smoker and cook until bacon is fully cooked and internal temperature of sausage reaches 160 degrees. 10: Let cool for 30 minutes.
