Instructions
1. In a molcajete, crush the garlic cloves. 2. Add salt, pepper, and chiltepin peppers, and continue to grind until a coarse paste is formed. 3. Stir in a splash of olive oil to create the salsa. 4. Season the arrachera steak with arrachera seasoning. 5. Grill the steak and sliced onions until cooked to your preference. 6. Warm the tortillas on a hot skillet or comal. 7. To assemble, spread a layer of guacamole on a warm tortilla. 8. Add the grilled arrachera steak and onions on top. 9. Drizzle with the prepared chiltepin salsa and serve immediately.
