A delicious recipe for grilled Arrachera (skirt steak) tacos served on a red chile tortilla with guacamole, grilled onions, and a fiery homemade chiltepin salsa.

What you need

cup guacamole

splash olive oil

Instructions
1. In a molcajete, crush the garlic cloves. 2. Add salt, pepper, and chiltepin peppers to the molcajete and continue grinding. 3. Pour a splash of olive oil into the mixture and stir to create the salsa. 4. Season the arrachera steak with arrachera seasoning. 5. Grill the seasoned arrachera steak to your desired doneness. 6. Grill onion slices until tender and slightly charred. 7. Warm the tortillas on a grill or comal. 8. To assemble, spread a layer of guacamole on a warm tortilla. 9. Top with the grilled arrachera steak and grilled onions. 10. Drizzle the chiltepin salsa over the top and serve.
