What you need

oz cream cheese

lb bacon

jalapeno pepper

oz monterey jack

lb ground sausage
Instructions
1: Slice and dice the onions and jalapeños. In a bowl combine with cream cheese and Monterrey Jack. Mix and set aside. 2: Place cheese mix into a gallon lock bag and with a rolling pin flatten out. 3: Place the one-pound sausage into a gallon lock bag and with a rolling pin flatten out. 4: Lay out parchment paper and make a bacon weave using 6 pieces of bacon horizontally and vertically. 5: Cut along the seams of the gallon lock bag and carefully lay the breakfast sausage on top of the bacon weave. 6: Cut along the seams of the gallon lock bag and carefully lay the cream cheese mix on top of the breakfast sausage. 7: Add bacon on the sides and secure with toothpicks. 8: Set smoker to 375 degrees. 9: Place in smoker, cook until bacon is fully cooked and internal temp of sausage reaches 160 degrees. 10: Let cool for 30 minutes.
