A quick and budget-friendly beef and broccoli dish made with thin sliced Chuck Steak, fresh broccoli, onions, and garlic, all cooked in Kikkoman® Teriyaki sauce. Perfect for any night of the week.

What you need

lb chuck steak

cup broccoli florets
tbsp oil

clove garlic clove
Instructions
1: Cut your chuck steak thin sliced. 2: Heat a large nonstick sauté pan over medium heat. Add 2 tablespoons of oil and once it is hot, add the beef and cook, stirring constantly until the beef is almost cooked through. 3: Add garlic and then add your sliced onions and your broccoli florets, stirring occasionally, until the broccoli is tender, about 4 minutes. 4: Add 1 ½ Cups of Kikkoman® Sauce, Original, Teriyaki. Bring the mixture to a boil and cook, stirring for a couple minutes. 5: Serve with rice or noodles. 6: Enjoy.View original recipe
