Instructions
1: In a skillet, add beef tallow and bring up to temperature. 2: Add jalapeños and fry until they change color. 3: Add sliced chuck steak and use your favorite steak seasoning. 4: Once halfway cooked, add chopped garlic, pepper, onion, tomatoes, and el pato sauce. 5: Mix and bring to a boil. 6: Add beef bouillon and mix. 7: Add cilantro as desired. 8: Let it simmer for 15 minutes.View original recipe
