Instructions
1: In your blender, add 2 roma tomatoes, 2 serrano's, 2 garlic cloves, cilantro, and 8 ounces of water. Add salt and blend until smooth. 2: Cut the beef, onions, 5 serrano’s, and 2 roma tomatoes into strips. 3: In a preheated pan at medium-high heat, add Mazola® Corn Oil. 4: Add meat to the pan, season with your favorite steak seasoning, and cook until most of the juice has evaporated. 5: Add onions to the beef, stir, and cook for a couple of minutes. 6: Continue with the serrano's and then the roma tomatoes. 7: Add your prepared sauce and mix with the other ingredients. 8: Let it come to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes. 9: Serve the bistek with your favorite Mexican side dish such as rice or beans.View original recipe
