What you need

cup white rice

cup water
lb extra large shrimp

onion

guajillo chile
tsp dried oregano

clove garlic clove

tsp table salt

dried arbol chiles

tsp lemon pepper

tomato

tbsp corn oil

Instructions
Remove seeds from chili pods. Place your skillet on the grill at medium heat and add 1 tbsp of Mazola® Corn Oil. Add your chile pods and sauté. When color changes add your garlic, onion, tomatoes and ½ cup of water. When tomatoes are soft, they are ready to be added to the blender. Blend with 2 tsp oregano, 2 tsp salt, 2 tsp lemon pepper and 1 cup of water. Place your shrimp on skewers or directly on the grill. Season with your favorite seafood seasoning. Cook halfway through and remove. Place skillet back on the grill at medium heat and add 1 tbsp of Mazola® Corn Oil then add your sauce then your shrimp. Bring to a boil and they are done.
