Instructions
1: Cover the tilapia in lime juice for at least 1 hour. You can do it for 2 hours. 2: Cut tilapia into preferred size (little chunks are recommended). 3: Drain the lime juice and mix in onion, tomato, cucumber, carrots, cilantro, and jalapenos. 4: Add salt, pepper, and oregano to taste. 5: Mix in 1/4 cup of lime juice and 1/4 cup of Clamato. 6: Serve the ceviche on tostadas.View original recipe
