Instructions
1: Remove seeds from the chiles. 2: Sauté garlic cloves, onion, and all the chiles in corn oil over medium-high heat until they change color. 3: Blend the sautéed ingredients with cumin, oregano, salt, chicken bouillon, and water. 4: Sauté cubed beef chuck and sliced onion in corn oil, seasoning with salt, pepper, and garlic. 5: Once the beef is golden, add the chile sauce and bay leaves. 6: Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10–15 minutes or until the meat is tender.View original recipe
