What you need

cup mayonnaise

tomato

onion

lb ground beef

cup lettuce

slice cheese

hamburger bun
Instructions
1. Form the ground beef into evenly sized balls. 2. Place the beef balls onto a hot griddle. 3. Using parchment paper and a spatula, smash each ball into a thin patty. 4. Sprinkle burger seasoning over the patties. 5. Cook for a few minutes until a crust forms, then flip. 6. Place a slice of cheese on each cooked patty and allow it to melt. 7. While the burgers cook, spread mayonnaise on the inside of the burger buns. 8. Toast the buns, mayonnaise-side down, on the griddle until golden brown. 9. Assemble the burgers by placing a cheese-covered patty on the bottom bun. 10. Top with grilled onions, a slice of tomato, and shredded lettuce. 11. Drizzle with mustard and place the top bun on.
