Instructions
Cook the shrimp until it changes color. Drain the water from the cooked shrimp and save it in the refrigerator to chill, as this will be your broth. Chop up the tomatoes, cucumbers, serrano peppers, onion, and cilantro. In a bowl, combine the chopped vegetables, avocado, ketchup, lime juice, and your favorite hot sauce.
