1: Season beef (Arrachera), pork (Red Fajita), chicken (Chicken). 2: Fry 1 lb. bacon until golden. Set aside. 3: Cook chorizo. Set aside. 4: Fry chile peppers. Set aside. 5: Cook each meat & hot links separately. Set aside. 6: Fry onion, bell peppers & green onions. Set aside. 7: Mix all ingredients with sauces, cilantro & beer. 8: Bring to a boil.
