lb white fish fillets
cup vegetable oil

Instructions
1. Cut the white fish fillets into taco-sized pieces and season them generously. 2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the fish fry mix and beer to create a smooth batter. 3. Dip each piece of fish into the batter, ensuring it is evenly coated. 4. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and fry the battered fish until golden brown and crispy on both sides. Remove and set aside. 5. Warm the corn tortillas on a hot comal or skillet. 6. Assemble the tacos by placing a piece of fried fish on a warm tortilla. 7.
