What you need
lemon

tbsp corn oil

oz seafood seasoning
sea scallops
Instructions
Season your scallops with your favorite fish seasoning. Let them sit for 5 minutes. Add Mazola® Corn oil to a preheated pan at medium heat. Add scallops and cook for 3 minutes and flip. When scallops reach an internal temperature of 120°F, they are done. Add your asparagus to your pan and cook for 3-4 minutes. Serve and enjoy!View original recipe
