fl oz beer

Instructions
1. Season the skirt steak with beef seasoning in a large dish. 2. In a separate large bowl, prepare the marinade by squeezing the juice from the oranges and limes. 3. Add sliced white onion, cilantro, minced garlic, more beef seasoning, and a pinch of black pepper to the citrus juice. 4. Pour in the beer and stir to combine the marinade ingredients. 5. Pour the marinade over the skirt steak, ensuring all pieces are well-coated. Let it marinate for at least 2 hours. 6. Prepare the chicken by making a few cuts into the drumsticks. 7. In another bowl, toss the chicken drumsticks with olive oil and chicken seasoning until evenly coated. 8. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. 9. Place the seasoned chicken drumsticks on the grill. Cook, turning occasionally, until fully cooked and nicely charred. 10. Place the marinated skirt steak, whole green onions, and jalapeño peppers on the grill. Cook the steak to your desired doneness, flipping once. 11. Remove everything from the grill and serve hot, accompanied by Mexican rice and refried beans.
