Instructions
1. Season the pork ribs generously with your preferred dry rub on all sides. 2. Place the seasoned racks of ribs into a rotisserie basket. 3. Secure the lid of the rotisserie basket. 4. Mount the basket onto the rotisserie spit and place it on the grill over hot coals. 5. Close the grill lid and cook, allowing the rotisserie to turn the ribs continuously. 6. Cook until the ribs are tender and have a nice char. 7. Remove the ribs from the grill, let them rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
